Natalie Rapacz graduated from the Natural Health Consultants Institute and is a Certified Massage Therapist, member of AMTMC and AMPQ. She also studied Swedish Massage Therapy at Guijek, School of Massage therapy.
Natalie is an active assistant and student of Aaron Mattes, founder of “Active Isolated Stretching” (AIS) seminars throughout the US. She also has taken part in various advance bodywork workshops such as Structural Myofascia Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Cranio Sacral Therapy to name a few.
Natalie’s passion for body biomechanics and movement has always been part of her life. Her running carrier started as a child, moving from competitive track and field to marathons; Natalie has had many injuries due to lack of bodywork and stretching leading to knee issues.
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Moksha Yoga classes assisted Natalie in overcoming her injuries and keep running painlessly...
Her reason for getting into bodywork: to help prevent and help heal injuries as well as teach her clients techniques they can use at home before physical activity or simply to improve your range of motion. You can recover from a stiff neck to a frozen shoulder to lower back pain in so much less time!
As her teacher said: “The issues are in the tissues” So Natalie has a holistic approach to all bodywork.
From Energy Healing to Physical treatment, her clients get a personalised session each time.

In the spirit of alternative health and and natural healing, Rachel has always had a passion for other forms of wellness.
At Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Rachel completed the Spiritual Lifestyle Program which included learning the philosophies of yoga, meditation, and pranayama. This was a community of people dedicated to health, wellness and spiritual progression. Her studies then led her to complete her Thai Yoga Massage training with Lotus Palm in Montreal.
Rachel has immersed herself in the study of many healing methods:
- The first being Reiki. Reiki treats the whole person, including the body, emotions, mind and spirit.
- Rachel also performs ear candling, a non-invasive method of removing debris from the ear, eye, nose area. It can help with symptoms associated with allergies and sinus problems.
- Thai Yoga Massage therapy is performed on a floor mat, with both parties in loose, comfortable clothes. It incorporates assisted Hatha yoga postures, rhythmic motion, massaging along the body's energy ("Sen") lines and pressure points. This full body treatment relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation.
Rachel brings her passion, love and extensive knowledge of the natural healing world to those that would like to experience a new transformative way of looking at things. |

Emily graduated from Kine-Concept in 2006 with a foundation of Swedish massage. Since that time she has completed advanced level training at the Lotus-Palm Centre for Thai-Yoga massage and returned to Kine-Concept to further her training in integrated cranial therapy and hot stone massage.
Her love for the body and passion for massage stemmed from having played rugby and soccer as well as, practicing yoga while growing up. "The way the body moves has always fascinated me. Body work was just a natural progression of that."
She continues a yoga practice and would rather bike than drive any day.

Sylvie is a graduate of the Institute of Conscious Bodywork, Alive and Well!, in California. Her training emphasized neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and foot reflexology. She served as a teacher's assistant for the anatomy, kinesiology and reflexology courses during her training. She is registered as a massage therapist and naturotherapist with Mon Réseau +, the Professionnal Association of Specialized Massage Therapists of Québec inc.
She also studied the fields of western herbology and aromatherapy, at the California School of Herbal Studies, the Living Awareness Institute, and the College of Botanical and Healing Arts, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
